Realy cool minis. I'll have to order some to be mailed to the lower 48.

I have some of these and I really can't recommend them. Poor sculpts, flat faces, unnatural poses, little grasp of anatomy. Plenty of better miniatures out there.

Apparently they are Foundry that aren't good enough to be called foundry; it was mentioned in the Colonial boards.

Too bad - some of these looked decent?

Did you look at the female faces? Those aren't complimentary at all.

Some of the others do not look too bad. The Witches Coven in the Undead section looks good. The Armoured Skellies look ok as well. The unarmoured ones have a funny look on their skulls.

I remember these being released a while back... we still say 'the Assassin's Thumb' when we are talking about badly designed figures. Check out the right hand on the guy at the back left... his thumb's on the wrong side of his hand...  :o

Actually they are. The photos still make the figures look better than they are. You can take that however you want. ;)

Don't get me wrong, some of the ranges are halfway decent. Just not any of these adventurers. And they're all tarred with the same brush, Foundry effectively disowning these ranges primarily due to internal politics related to their legal issues. There may be a certain amount of petty spite involved as well.

Maybe the assasin is one of those blessed ones to have an extra thumb? In any case I think the miniatures are allright. I like some of the elves and the undead range is fun. Infact I think I will buy some.

The skeleton figures are actually very good, especially the warriors and the crossbow ones. Also very useful are the Witches familiars set and the ghosts.

Plus all the Undead range is currently 25% discounted and all orders are shipped free worldwide.

Just checked them out, totally agree! Could easily play some classic games with them. Very appealing!
