Terrain Board [2' x 2']

This is the primary board I will be using (I made it for another game, then re-did it, but it should work fine)

Scatter etc. not shown

I will probably make some 1920's-ish stuff to go with it

thx EndTransmission and Uncle Mike :)

trying to give my miniatures unique (at least vs. the KS images) color schemes

have to repeat how enjoyable the miniatures I got are to paint (thx UMW) :)

and if it wasn't obvious, all my boards have space for building or terrain modules that are ~ 8" x 8" (or ~8" x 4" or ~ 4" x 4")

:)

Those modular boards are slick and that deep one was a fine finale for the fish men.  I think I want that one too :) .

I have to go along with rest of the folks and say great job.  On everything.  Really motivating me to get some of Uncle Mike's product and pull out the brushes.

I have a question on the game board.  Are those "real" tiles in the patterned areas?  If so, do they add enough weight to prevent the board from getting bumped easily?

thx rcketscientist :)

the "tiles" are from thin wood squares and rectangles from craft store, all cut to shape and sanded, then wood glued down to 1/4" plywood board

here's a WIP from another board...should give you an idea of pre-paint look...

here's a sample shot of my many boards and building modules...you can see how I re-worked my SA board and added more tiling...

:)

Realy great paint jobs with all your figures.  I look forward to also seeing AAR pics (and write-ups) with them "On the Table".
