AWI Artillery Stands
« on: 06 October 2015, 09:48:12 AM »
Here are 3, of the dozen or so, artillery stands that I am working on. These say Saratoga to me. I've got Brits, Militia and a Hessian or two, left to finish up. I like the idea of mini diorama artillery stands. The trees are cheap Chinese Ebay trees that I turned into what you see here.
I'm beginning to work on ammo carts and various wagons, to fill out the artillery scenes.

Foundry Figures painted by John Bryant.
Cannons painted by myself, as is all the terrain.

Lovely! If they're going to have to serve a warm gun all day the least you can do is give them a little shade.  :D

Awesome work.

PS: You anywhere near Kings Mountain itself?  If so, let me know.  I'm not but a 30 min. drive if you are looking to game.

Sorry, no. I am a New Yawker, Long Island to be exact.
However, my brother in law owns a home about 15 minutes from King Mt.
If I ever make it down there, I'll let you know.
