Love the Militants. I only last night thought of them, as I need to make a Militant Lancel Lannister...

Thanks folks  :D

Normal service will resume shortly, probably with painting the inn crew and finishing the inn's interior.

You are incredibly productive, SI. I have come to realize I can't do more than tops 10 in a row, with some degree of maintaining quality, before I must shift to another era/project/fancy.

I think doing all the WW1 figures last year was what cracked it for me. I discovered that I like to do a couple or a lot but that the 'standard six' is either too many figures or not enough, for me to paint over say 2 or 10 days.  :)

Also, I use a no2 brush for the first block coat, which really speeds things up. It's not as precise as the other stages with 000 but as the block coat gets a Citadel wash it all needs touching up anyway, which is done as the first highlight.

Finally reached teh end of the thread! great stuff. I paint very similar. Around 10 guys. Blanket base coat all the flesh, armour and 'big bits'. lots of ink. highlight 2 stages. boom. I'm like a factory. My mates hate me.

To tickle your thirst, a first peek at the completed inn interior:

Lots more to come maybe later or tomorrow, as hopefully I'll get all the minis flocked tonight.
