I forgot to add that those 'individual stone' walls really do take it to another level.
Well worth the extra effort when you see the finished article.
 :-* :-* :-*

I still think that you are nuts, though.... ;D

Agreed.
I have the last one, but I bet he does not let this one go.

I'm clearly a bit slow today as Colin's "another" threw me..... I'd clean forgot about the 'planked' inn! And you're right Paul, there'll be no estate agents board outside of this one !!

Brilliant and characterful! Really like the mossy bits growing between the stones on the walls, little details like that take it to another level.

Thanks for all the kind remarks :D

NB: all iPhone photos with some lighting issues so apologies for the quality..... :(

Meanwhile back at the inn:

A team of carters arrive with supplies:

Which they unload under the watchful eye of the barkeep:

The boy attends to the mules:

While one of the carters tries to attend to the Strumpet:

Before continuing indoors for a celebration:

Meanwhile, perturbed by all this joviality, some Boltons hold an impromptu gathering of their own:

The carters are conversions of Perry medieval pikemen (including adding the cloaks), the mules are from the Perry ACW limber team, the dog is a miniMOJO (also from Ebob), and the cart with supplies are by Boothill Miniatures.

The cart etc doesn't dismantle, it's actually two sets. The fish are actually sculpted as corn husks but I've painted them up as fish ;)

For games involving raids, I also made some supply markers (from Boothill).

For games involving hiding there are identical sets of rabbits as unit markers (from Warbases)

And, given that the rules will allow the option to play a 'cruelty' initiative (it is GOT after all!) there are markers for prisoners and for a flayed man. Two of the prisoners are I think standard Perry metals, the one with outstretched arms is a conversion with new clothes, plastic WotR arms and a Frostgrave Cultist head. The flayed man is made from various bits including the torso, head (?),hands and feet from a Mantic Ghoul.

That's it for now. The next stage of this project will be painting either the Cleganes or Faith Militant. The Nights Watch, Starks and Lanisters are mostly prepared, just requiring some GS.

It really has the Westeros feeling!  Very well done!
