It seems there are some heavy printing lines on them (the vertical lines)...are those caused by the printing process or an optical illusion?

Only took a few days, not long at all. A bit darker than how I thought it would turn out, but I like it.

What size did you get it printed at ? Did you upload the large jpeg file ?

Yeah. I uploaded the large file and asked them to fit as much of the image at actual size to the 3x3 after telling them the size (50x50 inches) of the image. I'm sure they worked it out on their own though.

Mine arrived on Wednesday after ordering it at the weekend so very prompt service. It looks fantastic - I'm really pleased with it and would definitely order from this company again. I highly recommend this to anyone in the UK.
