Figure Identification - WI 337

A friend of mine would love to get his hands on the female miniature that is pictured in front of the red car in one of the Back of Beyond articles, standing next to the Copplestone guy with the big sword.
I would love to surprise him with it.
Could anyone point me in the right direction?

I think it's from the guys that game here in Melbourne (haven't seen the edition yet). I'll get one of them to come on in and state which figure it is. I suspect it's the Dragon Lady from Northstar Miniatures' 'The Black Dragon Tong':

Hi, that figure is my friend's.

He reckons it's a Reaper Miniature, from their Chronoscope range - XiuFang Femme Fatale.
