Can you help me identify these fantasy mini's?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for some help on identifying these two fantasy mini's I have. I don't know who produced these, but they both came with some other GW figurines. All I know is that the helmet of the guy on the left looks a lot like the old GW mounted wight (but it's not that mini), and that the guy on the right looks a bit like a GW blood bowl figurine but isn't that either.

Left is one of the oop Blood Dragon vampires from GW I believe.
