First ruined buildings (scratchbuilt)
« on: 24 December 2015, 12:24:22 PM »
The first two of my ruined buildings - pretty basic foamcore and balsa building. Nothing really special to say about them.

Building 1

Building 2

I like my games like my orange juice: pulpy with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners

They look terrific. Just keep building! Make sure that you build a 3-story one for "The Silent Tower" scenario.  8)

It looks great. The different stone textures really make it pop.

What great buildings. I'm sure many a seasoned scenery assembler would be happy with those.
How did you get the brick and stone effects, they are really 3d and jump right out.

It's a layer of air-drying clay (most known brand over here is DAS, but there are alternatives) the texture was added with a 'press mold'.
