Hi Eric,

Quite a few of the wargames retailers will have it, including Brigade in the USA.

It will never be on Amazon as it does not have an ISBN number and because that company will discount your books to below the cost of production without asking you first. They did this to IHMN, dropping if from £11.99 to £1.99 and completely undermined sales at normal retailers.
