Yes, that face. Gotta try this with a couple of my figures where I'm dissatisfied with my painting of the face.

Overall, really nicely painted figures here. Gotta browse some more.

Here  is the second half of the Shadespire box after the Stormcast !
These guys were like their lawful counterparts quite longer to paint than expected but I made it nonetheless !



Now I suspect you'll all agree painting the wholecontent of a gaming box is a huge satisfation  so this picture is a great self reward !

some mighty fine work there.

* I tried to go that way with the couple of stormcast I painted - all silver / one-tone armour, as I find the coloured shoulder-pads rather naff - but oddly enough they didn't come out as well as yours ...  :D

hold on - I see now you've gone both ways (... vicar) !

That is a great wash-job, you really have nailed the use of the technique.
I tried it a few times in the past and it is more difficult to achieve a good result than it sounds.
