Have I missed something in this sheet or are the new Thaw of the lichlord spells not yet listed?

The eight 'blank' spell boxes at the bottom of the spell list were included so players could write in any 'less common' spells they might acquire, like those in Thaw of the Lich Lord, or the more that will be seen in Into the Breeding Pits...

Hmm, I wonder how much we'll be looking at to hire a Captain? I'm interested to see whether starting warbands will have to try and decide between an Apprentice and a Captain?

Although it looks like our local group is going to give everyone an Apprentice and Captain for free (and a mandatory choice), and then give 300gp for the rest of the warband creation.

It's more that we've already been talking about what would make us enjoy this game more, and there's a new expansion coming that happens to have something similar. We'll give it a shot as written, but our pre-existing modification ideas will likely win out if I know my group

Nope - it should be available from anywhere that stocks Osprey ebooks etc. Wargames Vault and the Osprey website will certainly have it for the 20th.
