4x4 Bolt Action table
« on: 20 January 2016, 02:52:26 PM »
Hey all!  :D
I thought id share with you some images of a project I just completed for a client.

Its a 4x4 board split into 2x2 sections, the trees are all removable and can really be placed anywhere on the board. Its built up with standard pink foam and coated with a variety of scenic materials (TONS of static grass ;D) Even though it was primarily made for bolt action, the customer wanted it to possibly work for other similar 28mm skirmish games (strange aeons, saga even some AOS or 40k killteams)

Feel free to ask any questions on how I achieved some of the effects (ill do my best to answer ;D)

PICS

Thanks for the kind words guys :)

The water is just  basic envirotex with a little brown acrylic mixed into it.  You can find it here http://www.amazon.com/Environmental-Technology-16-Ounce-Pour--Finish/dp/B000LNS9CW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1453310090&sr=8-1&keywords=envirotex
