Age of Sigmar campaign in Pittsburgh
« on: January 20, 2016, 04:42:11 PM »
On February 12 I will be running an Age of Sigmar campaign at Legions Games in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.  We will be starting around 7 p.m. and running until late.  The store closes at 2 a.m. on Friday nights.

Here is a link to Legions:   http://www.legionsgames.com

The campaign will consist of several linked games that will go on throughout the evening usually pitting the forces of Chaos against the forces of Sigmar, but there will be some other factions adding their support to one side or the other.

All figures, terrain and dice will be provided. All you need to do is show up. You don't even need to know how to play, we will teach you. Just prepared to have some fun playing in a narrative campaign with some other like minded people.

Here are some pictures of some previous games so you can see some of the models you will be playing with.

Sadly a bit "on the wrong side of the Atlantic Ocean" for me, but this sounds like a fantastic idea.

I guess it is a bit far to go for a game and a bit late notice to set up a trip over.  I'll post pictures when we are finished and you can enjoy it vicariously through those.

Where are you in the North Hills. I grew up in PGH and have gone shopping up in the North Hills.

I'm actually not anywhere close to the North Hills, Legions just has some great tables on which to game.  Do you still live in Pittsburgh?

A bit far for me, but I would love to hear how it goes.

Currently I am really enjoying playing Age of Sigmar so I am always looking for new ideas on what kind of games can be run with the system.
