Braddock's defeat: My take (Oniria miniatures 28mm)
« on: February 21, 2016, 06:30:58 PM »
Hi all,
Finally managed to finish the vignette with the two Braddock sets we released.
I hope you like how it turned out.
I’ve added some extreme close up pictures for those of you interested in examining the  painting style.
Thanks for watching.

Saludetes

Very well done! And just in time for young George's birthday, too.

Awesome work! I thought it was a larger scale until I saw the fingers :)

These are 28mm?! Wow, splendid diorama!

Angel is an expert (that's an understatement!) in this style of painting. I've seen his work develop over the years on the Steve Dean forum and consider him to be one of the best historical miniature painters out there.

That's a nicely done scene, very evocative.

"Braddock's Defeat" by David L. Preston served as my audiobook to paint to recently. Too bad my FIW stuff was waiting for warmer weather to get primed so it wasn't a perfect match - FIW book and FIW figs.

Awesome, and to think they are 28mm is amazing a like a few others I thought they were 40mm at first!
