I like the rugged look - and the base too.
He could actually fit into a Star Wars film, and I'm saying that in a good way - once again the nice old models with less detail clutter look good.  8) 8) 8)

I really like that. The figures from that period are still my favourite marines. Vanvlak is right, less clutter works so much better. 'Less' is indeed 'more'.

Me too, although I developed mine as a successor chapter, the Dogs of War, which I have been collecting the old  to resurrect at some point.
 I have even started painting a unit of them , but who knows when I will ever get around to finishing them...
