Nice flesh tones on the Sea People.

I voted the way I did because I'm a historical wargamer, but both entries are fantastic.

Those are both really really nice.
You take quite a risk entering with 20mm plastics, but I think you've pulled those off incredibly well.

The painting and staging on the underhive scene is fantastic Timbor.

I'm astounded that 20mm plastics paint up so well.  Well done.

And the Underhive scene/figures are excellent.

Thanks for the comments, guys! The background is mostly papercraft... its my first time using it, and I think it turned out ok for what it is.

verd - great job on those sea peoples.  I can't even tell they are 20mm!

Can't believe 20mm flesh tones can paint up so well- some of the best painting of the round as a whole and so small and probably lacking in distinct detail to pick out

Love the underhivers as well - some rally characterful pieces

I suspect the underhiver with the flamethrower has burnt himself more than his enemies.

Well done Timbor, brilliant stuff.

Thanks for the compliments.

My little guys are a mix of two Caesar' sets: The Sea Peoples and Philistine Warriors. Good sculpting, better casting. Great detail, so painting them was a joy.

Cheers
