Oh go on, I'll say it then - it's not really a very good photograph (mine, that is!). 
Looked at it again once sent and came to the very conclusion, by which time it was too late really, but we live and learn. Shame really as I was quite pleased with the actual painting!

Probably you could make your entries a bit larger and not that small, you know everything up to 1000px is allowed. Small pics tend to hide much of the painting.

It's a dungeon wall from Dwarven Forge, got them too, lovely stuff, unfortunately quite expensive

They look to be very well painted... and as you said, you should have filled the frame.

Plus, its hard for a well painted group of figures, to compete against a well painted group of figures in a scene.

I am guessing your next entry is going to be a knock out!
