TUSK question
« on: March 18, 2016, 12:37:24 AM »
When a  mammoth is engaged by a hunter in close combat and is not killed,  it roles a 'Beast reaction' dice. If the dice roll is a 1,2, or 3 it goes into A(Attack) mode; "move maximum distance towards nearest human or dog base." My question is... Now what? The rules leave you hanging. Or did I miss something?

Many thanks....

That.s meaning that the beast stay in hand to hand.
As it is already in contact with human, it doesn't have to move then.

The cross posting is for the whole forum (see 2.10 in the rules - http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=16293.msg194674#msg194674).

Anyway, like you two I think TUSK really a great set of rules (the original edition is from 1994!), it's the one I enjoy the most for solo gaming.

What scale and figures are you using?

all in 15mm !

the classical Tusk (with ESSEX miniatures as cavemen with some conversions)

and the whales hunt with peter pig pirates as sailors and SDD whale boats. And Made in China Whales (soft one).

Another vote to see the photos! Also, I didn't know Essex made cavemen. Is that what you meant above? Hmmm, might have to look through their catalogue again...

As i said, it was "conversion" work on ESSEX.
As base, i have used some Biblical 15mm to which i have added some fur and a prehistoric weapon (wood club).

So, i'll post here some caveman pictures too , if mikeygees is agree of course.
