A star system's worth of starship terrain

Latest little side project, inspired by the massive discounts on oversized Easter eggs this time of year:



The system primary:

And a scale shot for size reference.  Is that planet killer actually in scale with the terrain?  Maybe.

Neat work.  I'd like to see a fade-to-black rather than a stark line, but I like the effect you're going for.

Terminator lines inspired by playing against Eldar fleets in Battlefleet Gothic way too often.  Their rules made it vital to know which table edge the sun was supposed to be off of.

Cunning!

More like a desperate attempt to survive.  Those blasted space elves are hard enough to fight as is, forgetting which movement angles they were fastest at in the heat of the battle was absolutely lethal.  Having the terrain act as a visual reminder helped quite a bit, although these are newer versions of the first ones I made back around 2001.
