Wooden puzzle pirate ship WIP

I have been busy building ships from wooden puzzles, while this is not a continuous process it still gets some progress once in a while.

The ship is from Weico in germany and is a nice addition to my growing fleet.




I am going to make some windows to add to the ship I guess. Sofar my freehand painting is not good enough to do nice paterns by hand.  I think that painting some stripes will have to do.

Building it took 4 or 5 hours, painting it took one evening, the ship was based black and the colour pallet was 5 paints all together.  ... Bronze for the cannons..  I still need to paint the cannons to.  So 6 paint colours it is.
