Portuguese Cannons in 1806/1808

Before they started receiving British guns, I understand the Portuguese had 3- and 6-pound cannons on twin trails pulled with ropes and outriggers instead of "limbers".  Were these guns similar to Austrian or Prussian guns and carriages?  Looking for something in 15mm to represent these early guns.

If you want to widen your search I'd suggest trying

'peças de artilharia' + 3 libres (or 6 libres) or try 'canhão de 3', canhão de 6' etc.
