nice pic of this splendid unit.......
officers wore various headdress in the beginning..furry colpack
with wrap around cloth ..as per picture below..and many more
standard dress followed later (mores the pity!) :D
some sublime orders of dress were seen..almost every colour
in the rainbow being present! :o

cheers

Fantastic Ged, look forward to having these in my collection, although I've no idea where they fought, so don't know when I'd get them on the table  :? :? :?

Long may you continue to bring us such unusual but brilliant sculpts.

 ;)
they fought in the 1812 campaign for Napoleon and preformed
well as a battle hardened squadron ..protecting the rearguard
on the retreat from Russian...survivors fought on in France
and Germany in 1813/14..........a gem of a unit in many ways

Another lovely set of figures Ged. Useful too, as you say they saw a fair bit of action in Russia, from what I recall, including the Beresina crossing (I think?).

The only thing about releasing such lovely figures on a regular basis is that I keep putting off an order while I wait on the next releases that I've seen on the LAF!  I definitely want some engineers for Sharp Practice and now I've seen the Lithuanians I want them too! Of course when Eugène de Beauharnais gets released I'll have to go for it!  :D
