28mm STUG IV from JTFM
« on: 06 January 2009, 04:36:26 PM »
This 1/56th scale STUG IV model from JTFM came out last summer but no-one seems to have any pictures of a finished example, so I thought I should post some pics.  As I performed the conversion from Pz IV into Stug IV, I'm a bit partial to this model.  The crew figs are BAM commander and Brigade Games gunner which have been slightly modified.

Great work as always John. What I'd like to see is someone take the knew style schürzen I've done up and cut them up to reflect battle damage and missing sections.

It would be easy to build this model with damaged skirts - or even make them out of mesh like the late Stugs.

Very well done. I especialy like the realistic poses of the two crew figures.

Thank you for sharing.
