I wish I could paint my 28mm half as good as our 15mm. looks amazing.

Beautifully painted models. I'm still learning how to paint 15mms. What technique(s) do you use? I mostly paint them same way I paint 25mm+ but from what I'm seeing around, it seems that "painted" shadows and lights work best with the smaller scale.
