SP2 - AWI begins with the raid on Concord

I thought I posted the first part, but now I can't find it. 

We just finished another game of Sharp Practice 2, emulating the raid on Concord and the first shots of the AWI.  In it we learned:

-who fired the first shot
-who then broke with history by getting himself killed by poor dice rolling
-and just how quickly it can go from a stalemate to an utter rout (just like history)
