Hi everybody.

Last 12th of May I placed an order in Pacesetter Games & Simulation. No, I didn't take part in the apocalyptic and infaust Tome of horrors kickstarter, but I had been searching for some Center Stage miniatures for months and now they sold them.

I know that, being in Spain, an order from the USA can be delayed by a series of circumstances. The usual is to wait around two-three weeks,  but it could be a little more. However, I haven't received a mail about shipping, and despite I wrote them twice there are only silence at the other side of the line. I have no idea of the status of my order.  I haven't find too much feedback about this company, and feel a little...worried about an order of 99$ (only eigth miniatures plus the killer shipping costs to Europe)

Have any of you know anything about this company or its operations?

Thanks in advance!

Davies,
I should have responded to any emails you have sent. If not, they are going to my spam folder. We are still sending out orders from the TOH orders and the rest are going this coming weekend/early next week. We had some delays from our supplier/production facility as there were problems with some molds. This was not their fault as much of the former CSM products/molds were in disarray and not everything was labeled correctly, etc. This put our production a bit behind but all is good and everything is shipping. We did send some partial shipments to domestic customers, but held off on international order due to customs costs.
Again, I am sorry I did not receive your emails (or maybe I did and I do not recognize this handle), but I also sent out email blasts updating the status of shipments. Another goes out this week regarding upcoming shipments this weekend.

Thanks,
Bill

Well, thank you for answer me, Bill. At least I know there are movements here. Now, to wait a little more...
