crossing the Saari
« on: 14 June 2016, 01:07:34 PM »

This scenario was played through three times over the last weekend and had three very different but extremely good games.   No game had the same players and they all approached the scenario in very different manners.  Some preferred to watch and wait, others to attack headlong and damn the consequences and yet others a more measured approach using all the troops available.  Two Russian generals were captured and now await parole.  One Swedish General was killed outright.  One Russian Colonel has been commended to the court for holding out against three times the numbers in a bitter melee before being overwhelmed.
