FiB 15mm Romans
« on: July 03, 2016, 09:10:19 PM »
Finally got on with my 15mm Caesarian Romans for use with Basic Impetus. Wanted to go for a 'massed ranks' look and am quite happy with how they came out

and some accompanying germanic mercenary cavalry filling the light cavalry slot in my army list

Superb! Especially like those mounted warriors and the freehands in general.
Have to say, though, some sculpts look rather wonky. False impression?

Even for those of us who use a simpler painting technique on 15mm figures achieving that standard of basing would be highly aesthetically beneficial.

These are superb and you have convinced me not to sell the 28mm figures I have for the same Basic Impetus army.

Cheers, Ross

Really beautiful work! Very high quality in painting and, I guess, a really high amount of work on a single element!
