has anybody ever commissioned any miniatures through Table Warfare?

After finding their website and the "find a sculptor" service I am seriously thinking of getting a small lot of SF miniatures sculpted to my own requirements. Sent off an email to start off the process. Just wondered if anyone else here had gone through them and what the results were?
