Took a little distraction from historical minis to produce a few fantasy figures for a change. Really happy with these, especially Adira!

The Cubster has just passed these back to me all painted, and blooming heck he is good.

In case you're wondering why Atlanta looks so grubby, I didn't know she was meant to be a guardswoman! I saw the Corinthian stylie helmet and decided to paint her as a Runequest adventurer who has just decided to dish out some violence in a barroom brawl or such. This explains the bronzey blade.
'Sir John ejaculated explosively, sitting up in his chair.' ... 'The Black Gang'.

Haha, I love her grubby Cubs. She is one that Phil sculpted "for the hell of it" and I bought, so I didn't have a brief or intention for her, it was more "she is cool, I wonder what I can call her". If you have a better suggestion, there's a whole day before I get the packaging printed :D I like the idea of her as a guardswoman who leaves her post to join the adventurers as they're having such a fun time.

I've been mulling over the Dark Champion, and the more I think about it, the more the mini grows on me. I shall endeavour to get one and paint it at some point.

Apart from that - I really enjoy the whole range of Bad Squiddo miniatures. Haven't been a customer yet, but that's more to do with my general financial situation than anything else. The Shieldmaidens are on my list for when I finally get around to making a Saga army  :D Might even use the Champion as a warlord for less historical games of it.
