What is in the Horror deck and how could it work with (for example) Vampire Wars or CinC?

robh, the Horror Deck is a very clever tool for the game Pulp Alley, but can be adapted for other systems as well; take a look: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=90435.0

Strange Aeons might be suitable to.
He that trades Liberty for Security will soon find that he has neither.

Nozza, very nice table and minis; also I liked very much the idea of using villagers as Treasure Tokens!  ;)

That's a neat idea, yes.  Reminds me of an old "Vampire Hunt" convention game I played where the objective markers were all coffins.  Didn't know what was in them until opened, and then it could be anything from graveyard earth, a sleeping Bride, just a regular corpse, or in one case a load of dynamite left by Irish revolutionaries.  :)

7th Voyage: The Witching Hour is a good system for gothic skirmishes. Plenty of classic creatures and items.

to what?
The laws of probability do not apply to my dice in wargames or to my finesses in bridge.

On this board, it's not so much a typo as a Type O.

TJSKI, as I feel that horror games are all about setting and scenarios, I strongly suggest you to check out the Vampire Wars not for the rules themselves, but as great source of inspiration!

Very much so; Malamute told of his work to make a usable game out of it, but, alas, it all disappeared with a disk crash. Broke my heart, but still an excellent read, and some very compelling bands to use in whatever rule set.

Fear and Faith is very funny for "Buffy" games, they have a proper supplement specially for that as well, but their ideas can be easily "borrowed" for other rules systems.

The actual book is not published yet, but the beta sections are available for download:

'The Grand Tour of Miss Beaufort Summers' is IHMN's version for not-Summerdale.  ;)

If I've not gotten my usual completely lost, the deck of horror ala Pulp Alley.

Edit: Sorry all for the silly 'already answered.' My mistake was of 'Type O M G I didn't notice a second page of posts!' :o
