6mm Postapocalyptic Tanks
« on: July 31, 2016, 08:40:07 PM »
Things I miss:  GW's old Epic miniatures range.  Not so much for the Epic games themselves (although Armageddon is still a solid set of rules, even if it did take them a half-dozen tries to get there) but for the minis themselves, which were great for building large forces for other games like Future War Commander, Dirtside, etc.  The plastics were especially cheap and readily available back in the day, and the Ork stuff was super-useful for low-tech colonial or postapocalyptic survivor forces.  These AFVs last hit the table as part of a mass battle in a Gamma World campaign, where they were mostly being operated by mutant animals serving a bear who thought he was the reincarnation of Napoleon.

Cracking, nice big units, just what you want with Epic.
