There are tons, Taban, Reaper, Studio miniatures, Badroll Games to name a few.

Hasslefree do a Not Fury Road version of him. There are probably a couple more but that should get you going.

Westwind have a couple that might be suitable, the foot figures rather than the riders. (Although, with a bike swap, they could be Goose like)

But what better figure to base a conversion on it. I've seen the Studio Max painted up as Goose! Also checkout East Riding miniatures Golgo range there is a perfect mini in there.
