I'm enamored with the idea of using the Ion Age "Mullo" AFVs for Moongrunt gaming.  The wheeled, low-slung aesthetic just seems to fit tooling around on a lunar landscape to me.

For terrain you might consider looking at sea-lab and other underwater based model sets, since they do share a lot of aesthetics.

A little bit off topic: guys, thanks for all these 1/100 model kits. They give me a lot of great ideas, also for 15mm pulp scenarios!

Also information on Moongrunt. Where do I find it?

As far as I'm aware its not a ruleset, just a stand alone line of miniatures by GZG: https://shop.groundzerogames.co.uk/moongrunt.html

The 'pulp' direction?

We're ALL about serendipity.

The models being vehicles not fixed structures?

I've always thought many vehicles can do both, and a fair number, in mission planning, start as one, become the other. I really think the LoS Chariot, with tracks removed would do well as the top of an observation post, as well as a soft scout. Painted up, you could claim 'armored.'  ;)

Hello everyone,

Thank you all for the additional advice/suggestions. It's nice to see that others are interested in the Moongrunt line or just Luna conflict in general.
I'm still awaiting my first order which contains Chinese troops, and I'll be sure to create a thread of my project to share with you all as I review, paint, write up the lore/scenarios and collect the forces.
