United states marines-color

Hi all
what color fore the marines(28mm)and i not asking fore the comouflage,but the standart uniform
i see pictures from green to grey uniformes.
i use vallejo colors
is rusian uniform reight?
is ther a diffrens betwen the pasific and eurouniform?

US Dark Green base 893, Highlighted with Green Grey 886 (possibly you might want to mix one with the other for your first highlights, gradually adding more green grey to get a smoother transition) then final highlight with Grey Grey 971

I must stress that I haven't tried it, but that's one method suggested in one of the 'Painting War' books. It might be worth seeing what you can do with those colours anyway.
