Red Dawn Rises vol 2?
« on: 03 September 2016, 09:29:10 AM »
I now have my copy of the Red Dawn Rises for Setting the East Ablaze and the penny has dropped; the scenarios are drawn from the Hopkirk book but only cover the first half.  The text says that a follow up volume covering the second half of Hopkirk (well, his book at least) would follow including scenarios involving warlord Chinese.  Is this still likely to happen or has the project been put on hold (or even abandoned)?  It would be good to know as I am about to order some Copplestone Chinese  :)

Thanks for asking - the same question occurred to me...would be a great shame if the 2nd volume doesn't appear, so here's hoping there will be a positive outcome.

Thanks Chaps.  Still on the stocks, but it will appear.  Will go right upto the late 20's and early 1930s, a la Setting the East Ablaze.  Just got to find more hours in the day!

Are you using the pdf or the published version of the rules? There was a playsheet included with my copy of the printed version.
