I don't know what it is but every time I try to upload the link on his page it says there's an error... So maybe you should get ahold of him and let him know that there's an issue cuz I'd really like to see what he has for rules! 
I've wrote up some post apocalypse rules for frostgrave with just adding guns, noise and ammo tokens so I'd like to compare his work to mine.
