Has anyone had experience in the UK of buying direct off the Reaper miniatures web site?

Yes, though it has been a while.  Entirely straightforward and unproblematic, as I recall.
Back from the dead, almost.

Good service....but the Reaper shipping price on small orders is excessive. Make sure you pick enough to get the free shipping.

What they said,  very easy,  just get enough to get free shipping, but low enough to avoid possible import charges... if that's a concern to you

eg more than £60 and less than £120 (including VAT I think)
