I think Northstar was making noises about it being out soon and that there would be a Nickstarter for the new version, my suspicion is that they won't run two Nickstarters at the same time, and as Frostgrave has one currently and Rogue Stars will have one in November time, it might not be until after Christmas now. Also I suspect there will be quite a market as it and Congo seem like quite different games to me (to be honest I've been holding off on Congo to see when DitDC comes out).
