Gorgeous.  The shell casings totally sell me.  The only thing I'd like slightly better is if the welded on cross-frame for the 23 was not painted blue like the truck.  I think bare or rusted metal would look more "kitbashed" like the real things.

The shell casings are very easy to manufacture:

steel-wire, cut in small pieces and painted with copper color.
