Random discovery from WestWind
« on: February 12, 2009, 09:49:34 PM »
I just accidently discovered this nice little set of French civilians from West Wind:

Lots of uses, and I love minis with bicycles (but would prefer minis with motorcycles  :()

I have these. They are quite good, but slightly creepy. Good villagers for a Cthulhu scenario...

...slightly creepy...

When I first saw the photo, the small boy - top row, first left - made me think of "The Midwich Cuckoos/Village of the Damned"  And the woman with babe in arms could be his mother and "normal" child.

If I ever get those figures that's how I would paint them.

They are all standing around looking a trifle vacant, aren't they?  As if, suddenly, a stranger is in their midst.
