Who are those guys?
« on: November 19, 2016, 12:45:58 AM »
I gleaned these from a very nice man in the Bazaar. Somebody asked me today what make they are. I had to confess to not having a clue... anybody know?

???

The style reminds of Miniature Figurines.  Perhaps from a Dark Ages or early medieval range?

Yes, they look like second generation Minifigs to me... When they remade and reordered all their original ancient and early medieval ranges to match the Ian Heath WRG books... I had a Minifigs Norman army of that era, and these do look similar, although wouldn't swear to it... The horses look like Minifigs for sure. The riders - hmmm. Not sure.

Nice looking bunch, whatever the make!
If it isn't enjoyable, it isn't gaming!

Got the lot for thirty quid, all I've done, is tickled the bases up a tad. They're for 'One Hour Wargames' so don't have to be works of art.
