I hope it's all right to resurrect this thread, but this was the last one I could find on the topic of Scheltrum's status.
... and will be at Claymore in August
I can confirm they were at Claymore last Saturday and seemed alive and well, with plenty of miniatures on display and plenty more for sale.
Their biggest problem seems to be solely their lack of functioning website, which the owner said to me was due to his own lack of technical know-how, though there's a possibility that his son might be able to sort it, he told me. But don't hold your breath.
Really, the only way to be able to deal with them now is if you're fortunate enough to attend an event they're trading at, or if you have one of their paper catalogues which can be picked up from their stall at the event (as I did at Claymore).
They can be contacted at +44 (0)1224 574425; that's their office number in Aberdeen, Scotland and is printed on their catalogue. They also happen to be part of an architect business called GPA Humphries, who answer the same phone, so you have to make it clear you want to deal with Scheltrum when you call.
Alternatively, you can use their email: sholto@gpa-humphries.co.uk or possibly scheltrum@gpa-humphries.co.uk (both are listed on their catalogue).
I hope this is useful.
