Walking Dead - Prelude to Woodbury project
« on: 21 December 2016, 08:11:49 PM »
These are first two bits from my Walking Dead project, Brian Blake, before he became the Governor and a car from the scenery set, the board is the first of 4 tiles I'm making, albeit with only the base colours on so far.
The little manhole cover is from Diaorama Debris

Looking good!  :)

I am a bit miffed with the large integral plastic bases - should I decide to get the game, I would have to find an effective way to remove most of them...  :?
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

I love that car.  Great work.

jeez, a few short months after the Apocolypse starts, and the rust proofing on the cars goes to crap....

 ;D

Really fantastic painting!  Both look great.

Great Job, I really like the car too!

LOL, there is a very effective way - cut them free with a Hobby knife!
Honestly, works like a charm, I do it with the Zombicide minis.

Personally I really like the one piece minis.
cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - https://www.adpublishing.de

Hmmm... Could probably do that, would be afraid to let the knife slip, though, damaging a foot.

Sarissa Precision trailer, still needs some finishing/detailing, but it's good to go for a game next week

Really great work! I am trying to paint some cars for my first TNT game and I don't have a clue how to make such great old paint + rust effect. Any pointers for beginner  ;)? I already tried three or four online 'rust effect' tutorials but with rather disappointing outcome (mainly because of my poor painting skills).
