Right, I was in two minds about this giving some shity stuff I won't bore you with and my existing 50/50 record with finishing stuff in the BSC. However, this actually fits in well with something I was going to do anyway.

The basic idea is to a junk modelled quadjumper in 28mm, the kind of modified ship that a smuggler might use.

This is the basic quadjumper.

The other ideas I ditched were an Aliens landing area (too big) and an ACW reconnaissance balloon (less useful and awkward to store).

I may not be able to progress this but at least if I start the thread it might spur me on.

Thanks. I think I've spotted the main engines; in the ladies' toiletries section. I've never built a ship before but Bibbly makes it look very easy  :D

I like the sound of that!

Sod the ladies toiletries section, mate.
If that is not an excuse to buy a four pack of your favoured beverage then I do not know what is.
 ;D ;)

Ok, had a look through my collection of crap and got some stuff together that might work plus some ladies' toiletries.

Just like a fringer smuggler should!

The Scotsman in me can't bring myself to just pour the shampoo down the sink so I'm trying to find something to decant it into. It is afterall shampoo and conditioner.

Really looking forward to seeing this as I have one 2/3 done on my workbench which is now on hold because of the contest. Mine does not smell nice at all :D.

It turns out it's shower gel. The shampoo and conditioner must have been the pink bottle. I've been studying images of the quadjumper and reckon I've found a few more useful bits and pieces that will cover the engine baffle vanes to the front and the rear thrust nozzles. I've picked up some cheap baby's bottles to cut up for the heat shields. I'm going to go for a solid body for quickness rather than building an interior. The thing I can't quite find something for at the moment are the landing gear legs.

I made mine from nails and wrapped some paper strips around the top and bottom to simulate the hydraulic sleeves. Will post a picture once I find them.

That would be useful thanks (if it's considered fair to steal ideas?).
