That would be cool...

The French Chasseur where nice figures... but not "great" figures :?
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/

Warlord's venture in Nap Cav with the Chasseurs, Hussars, and Line Lancers was, well, to be nice, okay. I just don't like how they go cheap on the number of poses, as the whole purpose of having figs these days is variety, not the same two guys repeated time and time again...BORING. Also, the poses weren't too exciting. The biggest issue I have with their plastics is the horses, as they just don't look right. The metal command figs also don't do it for me. The Perry's hit is perfectly with their French Nap Hussars, that offered a lot of variety. Their plastic British Lt Dragoons were good too...as were the French Hvy Cav. I only wish they would get busy doing more! I am not a fan of the British Hvy Cav but I notice many are so why not do these in plastic to compliment the range of British Inf??? Another no-brainer for the Twins is why haven't they done a box of pre-1812 French Infantry? That is long long overdo.

Back to Warlord, I do hope they keep trying and keep improving. Some of their more recent WW2 plastics have showed promise. So let's hope these additions to the Nap range do the job.
