Pretty Princess Summoner
« on: February 02, 2017, 10:52:40 PM »
I am working on a second Warband that features a Summoner who I am fashioning to be a bit lighter in theme, like an anime character.  She is going to be painted in blues and white (maybe a tad of pink).  I am looking for the following models to be her "Demons" so any help in tracking them down will be appreciated:

Imp: Fairy or Pixie
Minor Demon: Unicorn, preferably rearing up so it looks a bit feisty (no Pegasus, wings are no good in tight spaces)
Major Demon: Pixie or Fairy riding a Unicorn, this is tricky as it should be 32-35mm to be a more imposing size but still invoke the pretty princess theme.

I do not want dark version of the above figures, they need to invoke rainbows and gum drops right before they crush my enemies!
...do not calle up That which you cannot put downe; either from dead saltes or out of ye Spheres beyond.

The Reaper Bones unicorn is imposing but also perfectly viable as a "princessy" creatures (my daughter has threatened it with pink paint ...).

Reaper also do metal versions, but the Bones one is very cheap.

Otherworld has these ladies:

And unicorns:

Reaper also has some fairies, but I feel they are not all fitting into the category of 'princess':

Thunderbolt Mountain's impressively talented Tom Meiers sculpted a line of Ballerina Fairy Princesses for his daughter, including tactical unicorn support.

These might be (silly) what you're looking for.

The unicorn-Pegasus with a pintle-mounted Glitter-Cannon Wand could probably be assembled without the wings.
from Mr.Vampire: "It's the paintjob that makes the miniature fight harder not the size."

Thank you.  The Wings may even be tight enough to work or I could bend them tighter, we shall see...  I think adding the Unicorn from Reaper (mentioned by Hobgoblin) representing the Minor Demon I have a set, with extra pixies to play around with. Now Princes Luna will have her pixies and unicorns to beat up bad people!   :D
