Ash's 2017 Legends of the Old West campaign
« on: 22 February 2017, 12:00:53 PM »
Been pulling together models for a Legends of the Old West campaign this year and painted through some Black Scorpion stuff.

Got a couple of the 4Grounds buildings second hand as well and man are they nice. Spendy, but really nice.

Excellent.  I am very fond of the BS Tombstone range, and you have done an excellent job with these guys.

Very nice painting on the miniatures.

Thanks Gents!

Here's my first game in our Legends of the Old West campaign as a group of marauding Outlaws attempt a jailbreak against the local Sheriff of South Pass City, Wyoming!

Awesome bat rep as always. The board looked esp good. Does anybody know if the rules for this game are avalible anywhere? Did GW dump it onto the web when the released the specialist games rules a few years back?

Nope, never got a digital release (I'm sure scans must exist somewhere).  I picked them up on eBay a couple years ago for reasonable prices...now, not sure.  The game did fall out of favour pretty quick when the rash of new games showed up.  I had maybe 5-6 books at one point - it was well supported for a while.

Scanned copies are on Scribd.

Except Showdown, I think, Although that was rather disappointing so not a problem.

Next game! VENDETTA!

Legends of the Old West: Part 2

Marshal Deschaines, furious at the death of two of his men, tracks the Marauders to a broken down cattle-squeeze on the outskirts of South Pass City, set on revenge. Outnumbered and Outgunned, the Lawmen approach quietly on two sides to settle their VENDETTA.

This is so awesome. Been following this and made me order some new minis for the era. Luckily found the rules available online, so I am good to go!

Any chance there might be a legends of the high seas adventure ? :D

Hmm, if you do some Legends of the High Seas, drop me a line, I may know the author. 😜
