7TV at Hammerhead
« on: 06 March 2017, 11:19:32 PM »
The snowy lair built for our 7TV participation games by TMterrain doesn't get enough of an outing, so I dusted it off for Hammerhead. Morgan and Chris ran the four player 'On Her Majesty's Crooked Service'. Here's some pics:

He loves me really…

It is.
In fact, I was only thinking of this the other day and could not find the WIP thread for it.

The 'On Her Majesties Secret Service' hint has now helped me find it.
Thank you.

I really want to try this game. Sadly my local store in the U.S. cannot order it. Since he cannot order it, I can't demo it at his store to get people to play it with me. I love the Crooked Dice minis and the rules seem really interesting.  :'(

I had a quick game on that board towards the end of the day. It was my first try of 7TV and i was impressed, will definitely pick it up. The board was a labour of love too, looked great.

I have considered ordering from the site, but the local store frowns upon playing games in his store that he doesn't sell. I did get the free PDF rules and I also have the Otherworld rules based off the Crooked Dice rule set. I haven't really been able to try either, but they seem interesting. Since I can't buy locally, this leaves me with only being able to play at home with just one friend who plays mini games. That means I don't get much miniature gaming in other than Frostgrave since it is sold in my local store.

Your local store owner is short sighted and probably won't survive.

What about playing a game with your friends at home? And then telling your local store owner how much fun you had not at his store.

I wouldn't shop at a store like that.
